What if my parcel is lost in transit?
If a parcel is lost before confirmed delivery, we will replace or refund your order in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Carrier investigations help us determine what occurred, but they do not limit your rights..
Return Policy
We accept returns in compliance with Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a return or exchange if the item:
• is faulty
• is not as described
• is not of acceptable quality
Due to the nature of fine jewellery and for safety and quality control reasons, we do not offer change-of-mind returns.
My item has a mark, variation or small difference — is this a fault?
Not necessarily.
Small variations in:
• finishing
• hallmarking
• thickness
• shape
• weight
can occur due to workshop differences and small-batch production, especially in lightweight fine-gold pieces.
These are considered normal characteristics rather than faults. If you are unsure whether a variation is within normal parameters, we will happily assess it.
What if my jewellery breaks?
If a piece has a manufacturing defect, it will be assessed under our warranty and replaced or refunded as required by ACL.
Damage caused by:
• impact
• pressure
• bending
• pulling
• improper storage
is not considered a manufacturing fault.
These examples are general guidelines only. All concerns are assessed in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Return Requirements
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase required
These requirements apply to change-of-mind returns only. Faulty or misdescribed items do not need to be in unused condition.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
